Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day withdrawal period. You can contact us at fpv@triplex.amsterdam.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send returns to us without first contacting us, as some products, including batteries, may require specific shipping or transport instructions.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect and handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way that you would reasonably be able to inspect them in a physical store.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where reasonably possible, please return products with their original packaging and included accessories. The absence of original packaging does not by itself exclude your statutory right of withdrawal.

Proof of purchase may be requested to help us identify and process your return.

Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us at fpv@triplex.amsterdam so that we can provide appropriate instructions. Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.

Damages, defects and incorrect items

Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Contact us at fpv@triplex.amsterdam with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that can help us assess the issue.

We will provide instructions for resolving the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.

Batteries and restricted goods

Some products, particularly lithium batteries, may be subject to specific carrier, packaging and transport restrictions.

Please contact us before returning batteries or other goods subject to transport restrictions so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.

Transport or shipping restrictions do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception provided by applicable law applies. This may include, for example:

• goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;
• goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items;
• other goods or services specifically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.

We will not treat an item as non-returnable merely because it was purchased at a discounted or sale price.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you can return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a separate order for the replacement product.

Refunds

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you in respect of the returned order, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for that order.

If you chose a delivery method that was more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

We will make the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur fees from us as a result of the reimbursement.

Your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
